Bike Ride for Palestine

The @gazasunbirds, a paracycling team in Gaza pursuing Paralympic goals and also providing mutual aid on bikes to families in Gaza, have requested global cycling solidarity rides. Join this ride and be a part of Palestinian solidarity happening on bikes across the world! 🗓️: Sat. 10/22 ⏰: 10 AM 📍: Scott Carpenter Park in Boulder (on top of the hill) Details: All paces, bodies, abilities, and wheels are welcome. The park has an accessible bathroom. Amplified sound will be used. A designated accessibility liaison will be announced at start & will be available for needs or questions throughout event (Marshals can also assist with access needs). Free parking is available at the park and side streets, with limited public transit. The following items will be provided in limited amounts, please be prepared & bring your own: -Masks: Encouraged when not riding -Water -Snacks -Sunscreen Distance: Choose from a 22 mile or 7 mile ride. The route will be marked with arrows and guided by ride leaders. No one will be left behind! Decorate your bike in Palestine colors and come join us for a fun, family-friendly event!
