Apple Cider Metric Century

Join us for a fun metric century (~62 miles) touring many of the bike paths that connect Fort Collins, Timnath, & Loveland 🍎. To make sure we are good stewards of our trail system, we are limiting our group size this year. If we have overwhelming interest we will look at possibly doing two groups. PLEASE RSVP: queerapplecider.eventbrite.com We'll meet at 8:30am at the Lions Open Space parking lot in Fort Collins (just off the Poudre Trail) where you'll be able to leave your car if you drive (but we highly recommend carpooling). We'll bring hot bevvies & goodies to start the day! We'll plan to roll out no later than 9:00am. We'll stop at Trek Bicycle Loveland a little past the the halfway point of our ride where we'll have some more goodies to eat & drink. This will be all bikes welcome! Pace is about 12 mph moving and we'll designate some meet-up spots to reconnect if we get split up at all. We will have a sweeper, but will ask everyone come prepared with basic bike kits (spare tube, patch kits, multi-tool - we'll have a few extra on us), the route (on your phone or headunit), layers, lights, a good attitude, and snacks & hydration!
